One of the things that I wish to gift this year is time.<\/p>\n<p>I have been loving the <a title=\"31 days of gifts you so deserve\" href=\"http:\/\/bemorewithless.com\/gifts2013\/\" target=\"_blank\">31 days of gifts<\/a> I have received from Courtney so far and I am sure there are still some surprises coming up. I look forward to them each day with such joyful anticipation. This is a really great gift that I gifted myself for this month.<\/p>\n<p>These gifts have inspired me to give some thought to how often we take the time to gift something to ourselves. Something like time?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breathe in. Take time for you. Feel the joy.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I have taken time and gifted myself these five gifts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a cuddle and sharing some <a title=\"Kitty love\" href=\"https:\/\/www.soulsister.co.za\/wp\/2013\/05\/kittylove\/\" target=\"_blank\">kitty love<\/a> with my Max first thing this morning<\/li>\n<li>a moment to capture a <a title=\"soulsisterdelicia on Instagram\" href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/soulsisterdelicia\" target=\"_blank\">photograph<\/a> of Gypsy and to think about our shared gypsy souls<\/li>\n<li>a pause to watch my tomatoes growing<\/li>\n<li>a shared smile or laugh with someone close to me<\/li>\n<li>a cup of coffee, time to be <a title=\"Inspired gratefulness\" href=\"https:\/\/www.soulsister.co.za\/wp\/2013\/04\/gratefulness\/\" target=\"_blank\">grateful<\/a> and to remember and celebrate my dad today<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I would love to send you the gift of time too.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some ideas to gift yourself some time today:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>stop and just listen to the birds singing or the rain falling<\/li>\n<li>appreciate a tiny piece of nature &#8211; a flower, the sunshine or a snowflake<\/li>\n<li>make time to give yourself a special treat &#8211; a home pedicure or a bubble bath<\/li>\n<li>listen to one of your favourite Christmas songs and sing-a-long (this <a title=\"Christmas magic\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iDq5ENMf120\" data-rel=\"lightbox-video-0\" target=\"_blank\">one<\/a> means it&#8217;s Christmas to me \ud83d\ude42 )<\/li>\n<li>find a quiet space to feel the stillness around you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Breathe. Time.
