Yesterday the sun greeted me with blue skies and sparkling water reflections as I took a stroll through Zurich to say hello. And the shops continually reminded me of February, the month of love. I was more drawn to the water, the clouds and of course, a colourful treat! To end the day, I was in my element to connect with my soulsisters for a delightful yoga class focusing on cleansing and loving kindness. What a joy to be back on my mat!

With a gentle push, the universe reminded of my commitment to love all the aspects of my self – the light, the dark and the shadow side. Thanks to the ugly duckling, yet to be another beautiful swan. Can you see her amongst the others?
